In a Chicano Photographer's Journey, Jesús Garza talks about the choices he made as a documentary photographer. As a keen observer, he was able to articulate the Xicanx experience through his lens. In Teatro Chicano 1974, the photographer focuses on Chicano Theater (Teatro Xicano). Garza traveled extensively with various Teatro groups during the mid-70s. He gained entre into their creative world and captured it on film.
